Our Customers

At hotelshopuk we are a customer focused organisation and like to think our doors are always open to delighting customers. We pride ourselves on our in-depth knowledge of the market and listening to and understanding our customer needs. We are always open to change and open to advice as long as it means delighting our customers more and we constantly work with our customers to add value.

To date we’re doing pretty well with 98% of our leisure customers happy to recommend us to their nearest and dearest!

Inevitably however sometimes things go awry in which case we ensure all customer complaints are handled promptly and efficiently within company guidelines. (But our complaint levels run at less than 2% of all sales).

We also take the protection and security of the data of our clients and customers extremely seriously and have rigid systems in place to ensure its safety.

In addition, we take our responsibility to promote sustainable tourism and protect the environment seriously and seek to inform and educate - and learn from - our Leisure, Corporate and Emergency customers wherever possible.

Our Customer Policies

Marketing our products and treating our customers in an ethical way is a natural extension of our company DELIGHT values. We seek to promote honesty, fairness, and responsibility in all advertising and do not try to manipulate or falsely advertise to potential consumers. We always seek to safeguard the privacy of the consumer and comply with regulations and standards established by governmental and industry bodies.

  • Work with our customers to continually improve our performance and add value across all areas
