The hotel was built in 1914 as the home of local shoe manufacturer William Sears. Set in its own ground, it is just 10 minutes from the M1 and Northampton itself.

In the lounge bar and conservatory, enjoy the style of a different age! Original fireplace, bay windows and architectural molding form a welcoming backdrop for excellent cuisine and carefully selected wines served with care and attention.

This hotel boasts 71 fully equipped en-suite bedrooms, featuring: en-suite bath & shower, Interactive TV (Internet access, PlayStation & Exclusive Movies), hairdryer, trouser press, telephone and complimentary tea & coffee making facilities.
Family rooms consist of 1 double bed and 1 or 2 z-beds (2 adults & 2 children). For an extra special treat, upgrade to an Executive Room, with all the same facilities as a standard room plus extra space to relax or work in, traditional finished decor and views over the charming landscaped gardens.

If you fancy something delicious, the conservatory restaurant is open serving a traditional selection of freshly prepared meals. There is also a snack menu in the bar, lounge and room service available.
