people kept coming and going from 3-30 am until 5-30 am. !!!!! we got very little sleep.
we were expecting to have Sunday,s evening meal in the restaurant. but the hotel said they wanted us to eat in the bar.
the bar area is tacky with a pool table at one end. we did not even bother to change to eat.
the only good person there was Paul the bar man in our opinion he was the hotels shinning star.
the hotel manageress even told us we should pay more for our evening meals as we had an allowance only. but that was not indicated on the menu or anywhere else. the waiter said there was no extra to pay.
so all in all we did not feel welcome and definatly wouyld not go again or recomend QUAILITY HOTELS.

for a 3 star hotel this offered value for money. the corridors were a bit worn/jaded - could do with modernising, the rooms could do with more light but apart from that it was clean and tidy and all you need. it was ideally situated for shopping and the sites were all close by. the staff were very helpful and friendly and made up for any tiredness in the decor. the pool was warm and clean and the showers and spa were great.

The only downfall with this hotel was that there didnt seem to be many staff manning the bar/restaurant. They tended to leave you waiting at the bar to order food/drinks whilst they attended to the weddings that were going on there.
