Only one negative - our room was on the ground floor, very close to the bar/cafe and it was extremely noisy for several hours during the night. Not very conducive to a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay at this hotel again though but request a room away from the public areas!

Excellent hotel, service and food, the staff were really good, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was in a nice quiet area with a 15 minute walk to the Altrincham Metro station then direct into Manchester city centre. The all inclusive deal made it a real bargain.

The only downside was the inconsiderate guests that slam their doors when they were leaving very early in the morning as not everyone staying in the hotel were not on business stays also the rooms would benefit from having some fans throughout the hot weather as the rooms were extremely hot.

The service was good at all times except this morning at breakfast when we had to keep asking for things that should have been there. Was brought toast but had to ask for butter. Was brought coffee but had to ask for milk, went to get self service breakfast - there was no bacon.
