By Road
From the South West: From the M6 northhbound, exit at Junction 17. Take the A534 to Congelton. At Congelton take the A536 to Macclesfield and then pick up signs for Stockport and the A6. This road becomes the A523 (Silk Road) heading towards Stockport. Follow the A523 for approximately 4 miles and at the second set of traffic lights turn right at the Legh Arms Pub into Brookledge Lane. This will be signposted Pott Shrigley. Shrigley Hall Hotel is 2 miles up the road on the left.
From the North: From the M6 southbound, exit at Junction 20 and take the A50 towards Knutsford. Once in Knutsford, take the A537 to Macclesfield and then pick up signs for Stockport and the A6. This road becomes the A523 (Silk Road) heading towards Stockport. Follow the A523 for approximately 4 miles and at the second set of traffic lights turn right at the Legh Arms Pub into Brookledge Lane. This will be signposted Pott Shrigley. Shrigley Hall Hotel is 2 miles up the road on the left.
From the South East: From the M1 northbound, exit at Junction 29 and take the A617 to Chesterfield. At Chesterfield take the A619 to Baslow and then the A623 to Chapel-en-le-Frith. At the roundabout turn right onto the A6 heading towards Chapel-en-le-Frith and continue until you enter Chapel Village. Follow signs for B5470 towards Whaley Bridge and once in the town, this road leads through a set of traffic lights towards Macclesfield. Continue through the lights and after approximately 4 miles - at the top of a steep brow - there is a turning right signposted Pott Shrigley. Turn right and follow this lane for approximately 2 miles. At the end of this road, you will come to a T-Junction (Pott Shrigley Church directly in front), turn right. The entrance to Shrigley Hall is 400 metres on your left.
