Current Vacancies:

Part-Time Customer Service Agents

• People with energy wanted, to be part of a highly motivated team, able to work successfully with others and on their own.

• Customer Services and/or Hospitality Industry background preferred Familiarity with a sales environment an advantage.

• Professional attitude and good phone manner essential

• A strong knowledge of UK geography

• Source and book accommodation for enquiries made through both the call centre and website. Deal with guest queries

• Must be fully flexible and prepared to work early evenings and weekends. A variety of hours are available

• All applicants must be computer literate and able to adapt to new systems and methods of working

• Though not essential, the ability to speak a foreign language would be a bonus
