Corporate Social Responsibility

We take our corporate social responsibility very seriously here at hotelshopUK and get involved in various events on a local, regional and national basis.

Some of the members of the hotelshopUK team are also involved on an individual level.

The Prince's Trust

Vivienne Hudson, hotelshopUK's managing director, is area chair for The Prince's Trust in Worcestershire so it goes without saying that The Prince's Trust is hotelshopUK's main charity.
hotelshopUK celebrated our 10^th anniversary on the 17^th of October 2009 and for our sins Viv declared that we would raise £10,000 for The Prince's Trust in our 10th year! No mean feat I know but did it, in fact we raised over £14,000 with activities including: our very own hotelshopUK Calendar (modelled by our team), a Psychic Evening, Fun Bus to Wembley Stadium to see the Worcester Warriors, The Arctic Challenge (2 fearless members of our team took part) and a very popular Golf Day.

Rotary Club - Worcester Vigornia Rotary Club

Paula Martin, hotelshopUK's director of eCommerce and Technology is an active member of the Worcester Vigornia Rotary Club. They are a breakfast club who meet on every 2nd Wednesday morning in the centre of Worcester. Paula is involved in many charity events organised by the club including The Rotary Club End Polio Now campaign, as well as raising funds for many local charities and organisations.

hotelshopUK (as a company and as individual members of the team) are also involved with other local and national charities including St Richard's Hospice (Worcester), Wear it Pink (Breast Cancer Campaign) and especially for 2011, Bra Chain World Record attempt.
