Stratford - Legacy Falcon Hotel
4 Star Rated
Chapel Street, Stratford-Upon-Avon, CV376HA, UK
The recently refurbished and newly accredited 4 star Legacy Falcon Hotel is a quintessential Tudor residence dating back to the 16th Century and is perfectly located in the heart of historic Stratford-upon-Avon. Featuring decorative half-timbering and original slanted windows it encapsulates Tudor charm.
Guests can choose to dine in Wills Place restaurant, Scholars Bistro, or one of the hotels' private dining rooms. During the summer, lunches are served in the garden. Wills Place is renowned for its friendly service and combined with the culinary skills of the chef make this hotel a great choice, whatever the occasion.
Or, if you prefer, relax in the Scholars or the Merlin Lounge, which boasts a real open fire. The marble floored covered walkway is ideal for enjoying afternoon tea, whilst overlooking the garden - an unexpected pleasure in such a central town location.
The hotel has been an Ale house since 1640 and a traditional welcome can still be found in the Oak & Lounge Bars. Both serve a fine range of beers with original ale on hand pumps. The Oak Bar has a large screen TV for worldwide sporting events, plays popular music and is open all day.
Facilities Include: The hotel offers spacious well appointed, en suite rooms that have been refurbished with clean lines and striking contemporary furnishings with business and relaxation in mind. All bedrooms have their own unique character and individuality from the more modern contemporary 'club rooms' through to historic 16th Century rooms situated within the original 'inn'. All rooms have plasma screens with satellite TVs and internet access.
